Mahindra is planning to launch the facelift of its electric car. Mahindra Reva has silently updated e2o line-up. The new Riva e2o is available in the three variants namely T01, T2 premium and t20 premium + Quick2charge. The T01 is the base variant, while the output power has been reduced, and it runs on the same electric motor produce the maximum power 19.8BHP and torque of 53.9NM. The e2o T01 reaches to the top speed of 75km/hr and offers 80kms range.
The e2o T2 mid-range and the top model T20 produce a power output of 25.47BHP from its electric motor. These models also get features including music system, electric power steering, reverse camera and electrical ORVMs. Both the variants offer a top speed of 81 km/hr, and offers 120kms range. While the top end T20 variants gets the Quick2charger which can provide the full charge in less than 1 hour as compared to the 5 hours charring of mid range T2 variant.
Mahindra recently announced that all models will get the power steering as a standard. Mahindra official website state that the prices for the electric power steering will be announced shortly. Company also offers to the users which are already hold this car to upgrade it with the power steering but on the extra cost.
